Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 10/21/2026
These terms cover use of the RS Logistics Inc. Driver Daily website and its dispatch text messaging program. Separate signed hauling, customer rate, carrier, and payment agreements remain applicable; this page does not replace or amend them.
SMS Terms
Program: RS Logistics Dispatch, operated by RS Logistics Inc. Opted-in drivers, carrier contacts, and employees may receive non-marketing texts about load assignments, pickup and delivery instructions, schedule changes, driver-app and confirmation links, responses to work-related questions, and assigned-dispatcher notifications. Message frequency varies with assigned work and replies; there is no fixed per-recipient message schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider may charge for sent or received messages. We do not offer an unlimited texting plan or guarantee delivery.
Permission to text
Staff obtain permission directly from the recipient before sending recurring dispatch texts and record the phone number, consent date, and staff member obtaining it. Providing a number through a carrier alone is not consent from the driver. Employees separately opt in to cellphone notifications. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services; contact dispatch to discuss another communication method.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to the RS Logistics texting number to unsubscribe. A final confirmation of the opt-out may be sent. Contact dispatch for another communication method if you still have active work. Reply START to request re-enrollment, subject to the program's consent and notification settings. Employees may also disable their phone notifications in the system.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact RS Logistics Inc. at erik@rsgonow.com or (435) 705-1907. The program is not an emergency service. Do not text or use the website while driving; stop safely first.
Delivery and conversations
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Network outages, filtering, device settings, or service interruptions may delay messages. Confirm urgent load changes directly with dispatch. Sending a text does not by itself constitute acceptance of a hauling contract, proof of delivery, or a payment instruction.
Texts and replies may be retained in the system and reviewed by authorized staff. When a driver has multiple active loads, include the load number so staff can route the conversation correctly. Employees replying from a personal phone must follow the reply-code instructions in the notification. Do not send sensitive credentials or financial details by text.
Website access and paperwork
Use only your authorized office account or the driver/confirmation link issued for your work. Keep private links confidential. Submit accurate work records and only documents you are authorized to provide. Review a confirmation before signing it. A signature records acceptance of the displayed document; identity is not independently verified by possession of a link.
Privacy, availability, and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, use, retention, and privacy requests. SMS consent is not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Service availability and message delivery are not guaranteed. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date; changes do not expand your consent to unrelated marketing.
