Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10/21/2026
This policy describes how RS Logistics Inc. uses information in its Driver Daily website and dispatch text messaging program.
Information we collect
We collect information you or an authorized business contact provide for hauling operations: names, company and work contact details, telephone numbers, email addresses, load and job details, pickup and delivery locations, truck and driver assignments, work dates and hours, uploaded tickets and paperwork, and confirmation signatures. Office account identifiers and assigned access roles are used to control staff access.
For texting, we process sender and recipient phone numbers, message contents, load associations, delivery status, timestamps, consent records, opt-out requests, and staff notification preferences. Incoming multimedia messages may include an attachment count; the texting feature does not automatically import those attachments into load documents.
How information is used
We use this information to arrange and dispatch loads, communicate pickup and delivery instructions, respond to questions, maintain work and document records, notify the assigned dispatcher, prepare accounting reviews, and protect access to the system. Messages and replies may be saved with the relevant load and viewed by authorized office staff. Replies that cannot be matched to a load may be reviewed by authorized staff for routing.
SMS consent and privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
Information is processed by service providers only as needed to operate the service, including Twilio for text delivery and hosting providers for application storage. Opting in does not authorize another business to send you marketing messages. Only authorized staff handling your work receive dispatch notifications.
Texting is optional and requires your permission before recurring dispatch messages are sent. Message frequency varies with assigned work and conversation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at erik@rsgonow.com or (435) 705-1907. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.
Location information
Device location collection and GPS/load tracking are currently turned off. Drivers can record pickup and delivery updates and enter work times without sharing device location.
Other disclosures and connected services
Operational information may be disclosed to the customer or carrier involved in the work when needed to fulfill the hauling service. Authorized accounting or email integrations process the records necessary for their configured functions. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate misuse or protect safety. These disclosures do not permit sale or transfer of SMS consent for marketing.
Retention, choices, and security
We retain dispatch, document, messaging, and consent records as needed for business operations, dispute resolution, security, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Opting out stops further program texts but does not automatically delete prior work or consent records. Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Access controls and other safeguards help protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security. Do not text passwords, payment-card details, bank account numbers, or identity documents. Anyone holding a private driver or confirmation link may be able to open it; do not forward those links.
